We offer a 30-minute Strength Assessment—your chance to meet with a trainer, talk about your goals, and explore your training options. This no-pressure session helps you see if our approach is the right fit for you and sets the stage for a plan tailored to your needs.

If you’re ready to dive in or have been referred by one of our therapists, we’ll schedule a 60-minute Initial Training Session. We’ll review your goals, assess movement and strength, and design a personalized plan to help you train smart, stay motivated, and get results.
