What does training @ the Tide look like?
We recommend starting with a three-month commitment where you and your trainer create specific goals and track your progress together. Consistency and accountability are essential, and most of us thrive when we have structure that helps us prioritize our health. During this phase, you’ll learn high-quality movement, master proper form, and build the confidence needed to feel strong in your body and comfortable in the gym.
From there, your journey can take different shapes. Some people stay with us for up to a year, while others transition to a personalized program and check in periodically. No matter how you design your next phase, the focus remains the same: forward progression, feeling stronger, and having the tools to build functional strength for whatever your life looks like—keeping up with your kids or grandkids, feeling like your best self, or staying supported through recovery.
How do I get started?
Schedule a 30-minute Strength Assessment—your chance to meet with a trainer, talk about your goals, and explore your training options. This no-pressure session helps you see if our approach is the right fit for you and sets the stage for a plan tailored to your needs.
Join Our Small Group Classes
Our small-group strength classes (see our calendar) are open to everyone. They’re perfect for people who already know the foundations of strength training and want ongoing guidance, structured progression, and a supportive community to grow with.
