- Full Evaluation with ANY symptom
- Prepare to Push Class in 2/3rd Trimester
- Exercise and Movement guidance for each trimester
- Common Symptoms Treated: Diastasis Recti, ANY pain (hip, pelvis, spine), leakage, constipation, prolapse, pain with intercourse
- 0-8 Weeks post-partum is the critical window for healing! We love to have a virtual session within 2 weeks of delivery to plan your care.
