During this 30-minute session, our trainer will evaluate your movement and strength baseline, discuss your needs and goals, and help you feel excited about beginning something new.

The Tide Strength Studio is run by Kristal Lollis and Max Blair and they each bring a level of education and training that goes way beyond a typical "personal trainer." With four-year degrees in strength and conditioning, and years of specialized practice and training, they have a depth of knowledge that will guide you safely to a new approach to building strong muscles and bones.

Come in to The Tide to meet Max or Kristal, find your baseline, and discuss the options for working together.
Step Two: Sign up for a 10 session commitment
Your first set of 10 sessions will get you moving towards your goals – and when you sign up soon after your Strength Assessment, you’ll have a discounted rate to help you get started.
Step Three: Deepen your program and settle into a new routine with a Membership

Kristal has been incredible in helping me build my strength back. Our sessions are the perfect kind of challenge but also fun - never without a few laughs. I really love that Oceanside is a one-stop shop where trainers and PTs can collaborate to meet my needs.

If you leak, have pain, can’t go to the bathroom or go too much, are pregnant, have had a baby, we want to help your pelvic floor muscles move the way they are designed to move. Your experience and injuries are unique, but it is helpful to start to become aware of this area so that your treatment will be off to a great start.
