Dedicated Pelvic Therapy- Rooted in Science & Delivered with Soul for All

Reclaim Your Health

Transform your journey from symptoms to strength with a whole-body, holistic path to lasting wellness.

Rooted in Exeter, NH, Cristin warmly welcomes clients from the Seacoast and beyond - serving New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts both in person and virtually.

It's all connected.

If you’re looking for advanced pelvic health care, or you’ve had treatment and still feel like something is missing, you’re in the right place.

Here you’ll receive experienced, specialized care using the techniques you would expect from an expert pelvic health therapist, but your treatment won’t stop at your pelvis.

Because feeling good and getting back to the things you love rarely comes from treating one body part in isolation. Together, we’ll look at the bigger picture, help you understand what your body is telling you, and sort through the often overwhelming and conflicting messages about what you “should” be doing.

You don’t need another list of restrictions or negativity. You need a path forward with support. One built through the right treatment, movement, encouragement, and small changes that add up over time.

My job is to help you find that path, feel confident in it, and ultimately need me less.

Learn How to Move.

Feel Strong.

Trust your body.

I designed this class because I hear the same thing all the time: “I want to get stronger, but I’m not sure I’m doing it right.” Traditional fitness classes can be a great next step, but they often move quickly and aren’t always easy to customize when your body needs a little more attention.

I wanted to create something in between, a class, led by me, where you can build strength, learn proper form, and understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. We work toward a well-rounded workout, from breath and mobility to balance, strength and functional movement, while teaching you how to strength train safely and effectively.

I want you to leave feeling less like you need someone watching every rep and more like, “Yep, I’ve got this.”

*This Class is held in Exeter @ Ex3

*All are welcome and great for post- surgical, postpartum, post-injury or just like some guidance and the gym has never been good to you.

Prepare to Push Pregnancy Class- Monthly

Feel Your Pelvic Floor.

Learn to Work With It.

Prepare for Birth.

I designed Prepare to Push because I kept hearing the same thing from people struggling postpartum: “I wish I had known this before I delivered.”

And “just relax your pelvic floor” sounds great…until you’re in labor and have absolutely no idea what that is supposed to feel like.

This is a hands-on, experiential class where I teach you how to connect your breath and pelvic floor, practice pushing without automatically tightening, and try different positions to find what feels best in your body. We’ll also talk about how to best prepare your body for those final weeks of pregnancy and some tips to heal after delivery.

I don't want the first time you try these skills to be while you're having a baby.

I want you to walk into labor having practiced them, knowing your options, and feeling a whole lot more confident about what your body can do.

Felicia is fantastic! As are the rest of the staff at Oceanside. She met with me virtually prior to our in-person session and worked with my obgyn to come up with a plan to help with a postpartum tear that wasn’t healing correctly. She made me feel so comfortable and confident that I was now on a better track to healing. My son was also very happy that he got to hang out with the other staff during my appointment, they are very family oriented which made me know I had made the right choice to come here.

My experience at Oceanside PT was not short of stellar! The personal attention stands out from all other facilities I had gone to in the past. Andrea successfully helped me through some injuries and to a better quality of life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The staff at Oceanside Physical Therapy were nothing short of fantastic. The staff are kind and genuinely care about each individual. I personally had the pleasure of working with Felicia for a few months. She helped support my needs a few weeks after birth and continued by creating an individual plan. She was very attentive and would check in on me either the same day or next and send an overview of what we had done during our previous session. I would highly suggest OPT- but also Felicia.

I was referred to Oceanside in my third trimester with extremely intense Sciatica pain after a slipped disc. Not to be dramatic, but Cristin changed my life! Not only did all of my back pain completely subside, but after that, we were able to focus on prepping me for labor & delivery. Her knowledge is truly invaluable. Things like certain breath work and exercises seem so simple, but she is able to assess your personal situation and tweak things in a way that work for YOU personally. I’ve had a lot of “ah ha” moments and I know Oceanside would be beneficial for every single woman who will be going into labor. Out of all of the modalities I’ve tried, I have prioritized pelvic floor PT and plan to come PP as well. I try to tell everyone I know about them!

Erin was fantastic to work with! She helped me manage my low back pain through my pregnancy while educating me on what to expect and techniques to help during labor and immediately postpartum. After my baby was born, Erin helped me quickly return to being physically active again without pain!
