Stephanie Cleary received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions (MGH IHP) in 2013. Since then she has gained experience in a variety of settings working at MGH acute care, Spaulding rehabilitation, private in home therapy services in Boston, and teaching at MGH IHP. Since moving from Boston to the Seacoast of NH she worked at WDH outpatient orthopedics with a focus in spine. Stephanie is dry needling certified and has certifications from the Institute of Manual Therapy (IOMT). In addition to her manual skills she also believes movement is key to healing and function. She is a certified in Hatha Yoga through the Yandara Institute, Barre certified through North End Yoga, and Pilates through Power Pilates as well as completing the STOTT pilates rehabilitation reformer course. She integrates her knowledge and passion of these programs with functional movement patterns into her treatment approach to achieve optimal function and quality of life for her clients. Stephanie has received pelvic floor training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Health Institute.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and her newborn baby Benjamin. She enjoys taking him walking, running, and hiking. When she gets time to herself she is on her yoga mat or her reformer creating new exercises for fun. You can follow her on Instagram @stephanieclearypt.
