Weekly Classes

Pelvic Floor Pilates

Combining our expertise in pelvic floor and core rehabilitation with Stott Mat Pilates concepts, this class is geared toward students who have at least some experience with fundamental core strategies. We recommend completing the Core and Pelvic Floor Strength series prior to taking this class. Students who have practiced Pilates or other core work are welcome to attend class and discuss any challenges or concerns with Andrea.

Posture, Strength, and Mindfulness

Using breath, flowing, and energizing mind and body, this class is designed to increase strength, stability, balance, posture, and pelvic floor control. This class specifically targets best practices for women at risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis, and is an excellent choice for any woman focusing on good postural movement and strength.

Series and Workshops

Fueled and Fit with Erin Holt

Join functional nutritionist Erin Holt for this 21-day program, designed to jumpstart positive, sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. Packed with information, recipes, accountability, and support, Erin’s program is designed to be adaptable for your personal wellness goals, as well as a variety of nutrition concerns and limitations, from gluten-free to vegan.

Retrain Your Core and Pelvic Floor: From Breath to Function

This small group training series focuses on strength and stability, incorporating the pelvic floor, breath, and stability points. Students can expect to finish the series with increased confidence to continue a regular exercise program using the concepts developed in this series.

Restorative Yoga for Relaxation and Mindfulness

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing form of yoga designed to connect mindfulness and pelvic floor awareness through passive stretching and the attention to breath.  The physical mindfulness allows a deep form of restoration to the bodies heightened stress state that is prevalent in our culture and potentially contributing to injury and symptoms.

Eating for a Healthy Gut with Erin Holt

Join us for a 2.5 hour session with holistic and functional nutritionist Erin Holt. We’ll discuss diet and lifestyle factors that can lead to gut health problems, as well as ways to build and support a resilient gut.
