Core and Pelvic Floor Strength Series

Runs as a 4 part series, ask for the next start date
Limited to 5 participants: $85
A small group training series that will allow you to focus on the deeper core and create corrective
movement patterns. After this series you will have increased confidence to continue any exercise
program using basic concepts you develop in this series.


Absolute Beginner Yoga

Runs as a 4 part series, ask for the next start date
Tuesdays 6:00 pm
A class to allow basic yoga postures and movement in a safe and relaxing way. The class will focus on
building awareness of breath and movement, connecting core and pelvic floor concepts, and find
optimal alignment in your body to explore a strong foundation for a yoga practice. Minimal wrist
bearing is emphasized. No experience in yoga necessary.


Restorative Yoga for Relaxation and Mindfulness

One Sat of every month 9:00- 10:15, Check for dates
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing form of yoga designed to connect mindfulness and pelvic floor awareness through passive stretching and the attention to breath. The physical mindfulness allows a deep form of restoration to the bodies heighten stress state that is prevalent in our culture.


Stability Flow Yoga

Thursdays 5pm-6pm
A yoga class for those who enjoy yoga, are familiar with basic principles and are looking
for a focus on stability through a flow sequence while being mindful of any necessary
modifications. Emily is well versed in yoga, pelvic floor considerations and orthopedic
challenges that women often face inhibiting their yoga practice. We recommend you
begin with Core and Pelvic Floor concepts or Gentle Yoga for Women to start.


Pelvic Floor Pilates

Mondays 10-10:50
A class that combines the expertise of pelvic floor and core rehabilitation with Stott Mat Pilates
concepts. We recommend you take Pelvic Floor and Core Basics for the fundamental core
strategies before taking this class. If you are experienced in Pilates or higher level work, feel
free to come and discuss any challenges with Andrea.


Posture, Strength and Mindfulness

Tuesday 11:00-12:00
This class will target essential components of physical well-being such as strength, stability,
balance, posture, and pelvic floor control. Breathing, flowing, and energizing both mind and
body. The class will specifically target practices good for women who are at risk for osteopenia
and osteoporosis and is a great next step for any woman focusing on good postural movement

Mom and Baby Restore the Core

2 Fridays each month 10:00 AM
Each will run as a workshop covering different topics. The idea being if you attending a 1st and a 3rd class of the month you will gain info about different topics.
Delivery is traumatic, end of story. Most countries advise women to have physical therapy at
the 6 week check up. Come to this class with your new love and learn how to get those deeper
muscles firing again. You must know how to activate your core before returning to more
intense exercise. The core is much more than your abdominal muscles. Abdominal muscle
separation, bladder challenges, PAIN of any kind and change in sexual function may be common
but not normal. You and your family deserve to understand how to keep Mama healthy.
